Functions:
1. Send alarm command:
Send message "#720#(0-3)#0000##" to the SIMcard number in the device, (0 means give no alarm, 1 means phone calling alarm, 2 means message alarm, 3 means calling+message alarm)
2 .Mobile phone alarm:
Bind the user SIMcard number and send message "#711#number#0000#1## (number is the user SIMcard number), each device can set 9 numbers from 1 to 9 to bind the mobile number.
3 .Start Geo-fence:
Send message "6810000".
4. Cancel Geo-fence:
Send message "6800000" to the SIMcard number in the device.
5 .Tracking:
Checking the location, send message "6660000" to the SIMcard number in the device, it will reply message with the location address.
Checking the location by a website, send message "8880000" to SIMcard number in the device, it will reply message with a website that can show the vehicle location.
6. Checking location online:

7. Set APN command:

8 .Set server command:
